1. Summary:
Download the app from the ANDRITZ app store (Comp Portal or Play Store) and access the app with your @andritz.com email and ANDRITZ password. If you do not have an @andritz email, follow the instructions below (item 2.B). If needed enter the following membership number “31ACMA571732”. Also, if required during the setup process, make sure your last name and first name are spelled exactly as they appear on your passport (no academic titles!). In any case, make sure your correct mobile phone number is stored in your user profile in the app. If desired, enable location-based alerts so that you can receive information about major developments close to you via push notification. You will find setup information for both functions here. The app can be used on ANDRITZ company phones and non-ANDRITZ phones. The app is available to ANDRITZ employees and external people traveling on behalf of ANDRITZ. The app is free. Should you require more detailed guidance / further support, proceed with item 2.
