Is there a particularly memorable experience or achievement from your career that you would like to mention?

My first challenge as a PM was unforgettable and a true testament to the power of teamwork. My project team and I were tasked with refurbishing a table dryer (two-stories high & a diameter of 2.8 meters) within a tight time frame, a daunting task as the machine was crucial to the customer's production line and required the plant to shut down for 20 days over the Christmas period. Despite the many obstacles that arose, we worked closely with the customer and each other to overcome every challenge and deliver the refurbished machine on schedule, much to the customer's satisfaction. I am proud of my team and grateful for their tireless effort in making this project a resounding success.
