Drum pulping
The ANDRITZ FibreFlow drum pulper is applied for all kinds of recovered papers and is the preferred choice for continuous pulping. With an installed base well over 200 units globally this pulping system represents gentle pulping and efficient coarse contaminant removal with minimum fiber loss and low power consumption.
Low-consistency pulping
The low-consistency pulping system comprises the FibreSolve FSR pulper type, which is utilized for lower and medium recovered paper grades. The FibreGuard FG detrashing system is used to separate fibers from impurities. The FibreWash drum FWD recovers fibers and pre-dewaters rejects as final stage in these continuous pulping systems.
High-consistency pulping
The high-consistency pulper FibreSolve FSH offers efficient pulping for recovered papers and virgin pulp grades and is operated in batch mode. Depending on the amount of coarse contaminants in the raw material, two different discharge systems are applied, the FibreGuard FG-HR system with the FibreWash drum FWD and the FibreGuard FG-H system.
