By using IDEAS, these facilities have realized hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings. ANDRITZ has specific solutions for working in the chemical industries, including the IDEAS OLI and IDEAS VMG engines.
Advanced process control
Our patented, PID-replacement controller BrainWave is revolutionizing control at industrial plants around the globe. We have helped producers large and small remove bottlenecks, reduce energy and chemical consumption, produce higher quality products more consistently, and cut production costs.
Once a process has been stabilized with BrainWave, our automated “expert operator” ACE can be implemented fully to optimize a process. The expert operator in ACE is always at full attention, never distracted, and achieves optimum conditions for the plant.
