By measuring the filtration resistance and the point of liquid entry into the cake, fluctuations in the product properties and varying operating conditions are detected and evaluated, resulting in optimization of the individual process steps. Optimized process steps provide the user with the following advantages:
- Increase in centrifuge performance
- Improved washing result with minimum consumption of washing agent
- Determination of the filtration resistance in the product heel
