ANDRITZ’s dynamic simulator, IDEAS, helps oil sands operations reduce risk and realize cost savings. Our proprietary simulation tool, IDEAS, is the leading dynamic simulator for oil sands operations in the Canadian north. In fact, IDEAS played an important, pioneering role in assisting the developers of the oil sands industry. We have worked with such leaders as Syncrude and Shell to produce a dedicated suite of oil sands simulation tools. By using IDEAS, these operations have realized hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings.
