The SWA 400 stitchwelder significantly reduces your labour costs.

All pipe parts, from connecting pieces to elbow segments, can automatically be welded on it, with high output. The welding process of the SWA 400 is based on the proven technology of the VSTW stitchwelder. Easily exchangeable forming tools ensure short changeover times and high production quality. The compact dimensions of the system save valuable floor space in our production line. The SWA 400 has an output of up to 12 pieces per minute, depending on part specification. Retooling for a new product or a new diameter requires changing of the forming tool and the welding parameters, which typically takes maximum 10 minutes.
