EcoFluid bubbling fluidized bed boilers

ANDRITZ EcoFluid boilers are based on Bubbling Fluidized Bed (BFB) technology for producing steam and electricity from solid fuels such as renewable biomass and alternate fuels such as sludge, Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) and residues.

Staged air supply:
- Primary air creates gasification conditions in the lower furnace
- Secondary and tertiary air complete combustion, reducing CO and NOx emissions
Optional ammonia injection for further NOx reduction
ChlorOut technology:

- Extends superheater life and improves steam parameters
Particulate removal via electrostatic precipitator or fabric filter
Additional flue gas cleaning options:
