The PowerDrum (PDR) is considered to be an easy and efficient sludge thickening solution prior to the dewatering process and can deal with biological sludge throughputs ranging from 15 to 180 m3/hr. With its simple design and small footprint, the PowerDrum is easy to install and requires little supervision and maintenance.

ANDRITZ SEPARATION has developed a new device for lifting vacuum boxes on Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters (HVBFs) – the SmartLIFT. Not only does the device make short work of a classically high-risk task, it can also be retrofitted to any brand or size and reduces downtime for vacuum box maintenance by over 30%.

The highly successful linear screen has proved itself in that most gold projects incorporate this unit for pre-screening, de-sanding, carbon scavenging, and de-sliming of loaded carbon.
