ANDRITZ works to strengthen employee engagement through regular surveys and open dialogue. These initiatives support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, forming part of #1ANDRITZway, our strategic initiative to build a common culture across the organization.

ANDRITZ is committed to creating a workplace where employees feel engaged, valued, and connected. Our Employee Engagement Program fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement. Through this program, we aim to strengthen relationships across teams and ensure that every employee has a voice in shaping the future of the company.

To understand employee perspectives and identify areas for improvement, we conduct regular engagement surveys, including annual and pulse surveys throughout the year. These surveys provide valuable insights into satisfaction, motivation, and workplace experience. Based on the results, action plans are developed and monitored closely to ensure meaningful progress. The Executive Board reviews the status of these actions monthly, and follow-up surveys measure their effectiveness.

Employee feedback also plays a key role in achieving targets set in our Sustainability Program 2030, such as reducing voluntary turnover and improving engagement. Survey results inform important indicators like the equitable opportunity index and inclusive leader index, which measure perceptions of fairness, inclusivity, and leadership behavior. These insights help us ensure that leaders share information openly, listen to ideas, and take action when necessary.

In addition to surveys, performance reviews provide an opportunity for employees and managers to discuss business strategy and individual development. This dialogue strengthens engagement and ensures alignment between organizational goals and personal growth. Together, these initiatives help us build a workplace where people feel they belong and can thrive.
