SMART Seal extends the power of SMART Technology beyond nip performance to suction roll reliability. This cutting-edge monitoring system tracks:

Seal strip wear and temperature
Internal bearing vibration and temperature

Sensors are fully embedded within the seal strips, with data transmitted through a low-voltage connector at the end of the suction roll. The system delivers real-time alerts to maintenance teams, enabling proactive maintenance practices.
