ANDRITZ offers more than machines – we provide automation systems like Metris addIQ RheoScan or Metris addIQ ARGOS, using AI-driven tools to optimize your processes. These smart solutions reduce polymer consumption, lower operating costs, and stabilize process performance. Real-time optical measurement ensures polymer dosing is continuously adjusted to changing sludge conditions, preventing overdosing, improving cake dryness, and avoiding unnecessary costs for polymer, disposal, and labor. Automated control works 24/7, optimizing polymer and torque settings to keep your process efficient and cost-effective.
Our portfolio comprises a broad range of technologies and services for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment (including desalination applications such as brine dewatering), water treatment and water re-use and for thermal utilization of sludge, such as water intake screens, fine and coarse screens, underdrain system, belt and drum thickeners, screw presses, belt presses, decanter centrifuges, filter presses, belt dryers, drum dryers, paddle dryers and fluid bed dryers.
