A deep understanding of all separation processes in the environment industry and the combination of our durable machines and systems – our oldest installations have been up and running for more than 40 years – with Metris addIQ, one of the most innovative automation solutions on the market today, enable us to help you prepare your operations for future challenges. One unique feature in that respect is Metris addIQ RheoScan. It detects the actual sludge viscosity during operation and adjusts the polymer dosage in real time based on the current sludge conditions – and it does so 24/7, without operator supervision.

Our portfolio comprises a broad range of technologies and services for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment (including desalination applications such as brine dewatering) and for thermal utilization of sludge, such as screensgravity belt tables, screw presses, belt presses, decanter centrifuges, filter presses, belt dryers, drum dryers, paddle dryers and fluid bed dryers.

In addition, we supply complete process equipment for biomass drying, including wet milling, fine milling, and pelleting, as well as complete energy-generating systems, from raw material to electric power and/or steam generation.
